Architectural Coatings & Fine Finishes
Careful prep, two finish coats, and a crew that shows up when we say. Homes and businesses across Eastern Washington and North Idaho.
Services
Walls, ceilings, trim and doors. Furniture moved and covered, floors protected, rooms left clean each night.
Siding, trim, decks and fences. Power washing, scraping, caulking and spot-priming before any finish coat.
Doors removed, degreased and sanded, then sprayed for a smooth factory-style finish. Hardware cleaned and rehung.
Offices, retail and rentals. Evening and weekend scheduling so your doors stay open.
How we work
The same five steps on every project, from one bedroom to a full exterior.
We measure, look at surfaces, and talk colors and sheen with you on site.
Line-by-line scope, paint products, and a start date. You know the price up front.
Patch, sand, caulk and mask. Prep is most of the work and the reason paint lasts.
Primer where it's needed, then two finish coats with proper dry time between.
We walk it with you, fix any touch-ups, and leave labeled leftover paint.
Sheen guide
Shinier paint wipes clean more easily but shows more wall flaws. Here's where each one usually goes.
| Sheen | Shine | Best for | Washability |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flat / matte | Low | Ceilings, formal rooms, walls with imperfections | Low |
| Eggshell | Soft | Living rooms, bedrooms, hallways | Medium |
| Satin | Medium | Kitchens, kids' rooms, exterior siding | Good |
| Semi-gloss | High | Trim, doors, bathrooms | High |
| Gloss | Very high | Cabinets, railings, front doors | Highest |
